Our Team of Engineers
At the core of CM Batteries’ work is our team of expert engineers. Our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) has more than 15 years of experience in the lithium-ion battery industry and has previously worked with CTAL, BYD, and BAK (three well-established battery pack companies). The CMB Engineering Department is composed of 13 additional skilled and experienced team members who contribute to the design, manufacturing, and delivery of our products.

Custom Battery Pack FAQ
Does CMB’s custom batteries have UN38.3 certification?
In order to obtain UN38.8 certification, lithium batteries must undergo a rigorous series of tests performed by an approved independent testing laboratory. Because all of our batteries are custom made for each order, our products do not have current UN38.3 certification.
What brand of cells do you use in your battery packs?
At CMB, we use cells from Panasonic, Samsung, LG, and other well known Chinese brands. The most important process is determining the right cells for each customer’s unique battery pack needs, and our Research & Development team is well equipped to make those determinations.
Can you print our logo on our battery?
Absolutely. We utilize silk screen printing to add custom logos to battery packs. Simply provide us with your clear logo file.
What kind of packaging do you use for custom battery packs?
All finished battery products are packaged into individual boxes, which are then packed securely into a larger box (weighing less than 10KG). All of our packaging is made of recycled materials and can be custom labeled at the customer’s request.
