Cherry has been engaged in the lithium-ion battery pack industry for over 15 years. She is the founder and CEO of CM Batteries Co., Ltd.Her mission is to energize products, people, and the planet with love and kindness. Cherry will create the opportunity for team growth and lead corporate development, manufacturing operations, sales, and marketing. She helps some public companies develop custom batteries for IoT devices, AI robots, medical devices, and underwater applications.

Max has been in the lithium-ion battery industry for over 20 years. Max is the co-founder and CSCO of CM Batteries. His mission is to optimize supply chain operations and ensure cost-effectiveness and stable delivery. He will analyze market trends, assess potential risks, and develop and manage reputable suppliers. Max supports the customers to get stable delivery with advanced battery pack technology, quality management, and new materials.

Elena is passionate about marketing brands, Like CM Batteries, to spread CMB’s brand story, and mission. She is leading the development of all marketing plans. Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for custom batteries and services. Her mission is to spread CMB’s profession, custom batteries, and brand values across the board.

Jasime is leading the hiring and interviewing staff in CM Batteries. She spends most time thinking about how to make the staff work happily in CMB and serve the staff to improve their ability. The most important thing is to collaborate with each staff strive for CM Batteries’ mission and vision. Make the relevant staff, customers, and community more bright because of CM Batteries.

Jiangqun is leading the development and managing the vendors in CM Batteries. She spends the most time to negotiate prices and contracts with the suppliers. Her mission is to ensure raw material supply with stability and reliability.

Salah is managing each stage of orders till creating the shipment. Li-ion battery transportations have more restrictions for the packages, certificates, and shipment documents.

Juanjuan is leading the CM Batteries’ quality control from IQC, IPQC, and OQC. She develops quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that CMB’s battery packs meet or exceed customer expectations.

Zhiqiang is conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production. He will evaluate processes and equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ruilin is responsible for overseeing account management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, the general ledger, and other financial records, while ensuring compliance with both local and international financial regulations. To support the company’s business stability and long-term sustainability, she plays a key role in enhancing financial efficiency and conducting regular budget planning.

Xinming possesses over ten years of experience in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. He consistently meets production targets while upholding stringent quality and safety standards. With strong leadership and technical expertise, he collaborates effectively across multiple departments – including Engineering, Quality Control, and Procurement – to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. He demonstrates exceptional capability in both people management and process optimization.

Dan is an accomplished creative professional with 15+ years of experience in visual concept development and packaging design. Specializing in brand identity systems, she has successfully created distinctive visual concepts for “CM Batteries” across packaging, marketing collateral, and brand applications. Her expertise extends from initial concept ideation to final production execution, ensuring brand consistency while meeting both creative and commercial objectives.

Hanfang’s expertise in combining logistical precision with quality assurance has consistently ensured material reliability while reducing waste by 15% annually. Her proactive approach to environmental controls has maintained a perfect safety record for sensitive materials throughout her tenure.
