For our custom rechargeable power tool battery packs, we offer battery cells with 8C, 10C, 15C, 20C, and 25C discharge rates.
What types of Battery Management Systems (BMS) does CM Batteries offer for power tool batteries?
For our rechargeable power tool battery packs, we offer standard BMS as well as Smart BMS with RS-485 communication protocol. Smart BMS’s ensure the battery is operating in the safest and most optimal manner, and may also prolong battery life. With Smart BMS, an LED display allows you to easily read your battery’s voltage and capacity.
What makes the workmanship of CMB’s lithium-ion battery packs for power tools unique?
Our lithium-ion battery packs for power tools are connected by pure nickel plates (not nickel sheets) with a width of over 0.3mm. Our engineers custom-weld the nickel plates unless a battery pack requires a high peak discharge current. In that scenario, the battery pack is welded by an ultrasonic welding machine.
