We are a one-stop shop for custom battery pack manufacturing with more than 15 years of experience. We specialize in producing custom battery pack solutions for industrial applications.
For a standard custom battery pack, you can expect the development, production, and delivery process to take 25-30 business days from beginning to end. If you have more complex technological requirements for your battery pack, that timeline may be extended.
In our products, we use cells from Panasonic, Samsung, LG, and other well known Chinese brands. The most important process is determining the right cells for each customer’s unique battery pack needs, and our Research & Development team is well equipped to make those determinations.
Our process begins when a customer submits their initial request to CMB. From that request, the CMB team determines the best battery pack option(s) for that customer’s needs. Next, we provide an invoice detailing the pricing, the client makes an initial payment, and we produce and delivery a sample to the client to be tested. The client provides feedback on the sample, we make any necessary modifications to the product based on that feedback, and the client then places their bulk order. We get to work producing and delivering the client’s full order, and once all is said and done, we ensure our customer is 100% satisfied with their CMB products.
In order to obtain UN38.8 certification, lithium batteries must undergo a rigorous series of tests performed by an approved independent testing laboratory. Because all of our batteries are custom made for each order, our products do not have current UN38.3 certification. That being said, we can help you through the process of getting your custom batteries certified.
CMB is 100% responsible for the international insurance of its battery packs. The end-user can make a claim with CMB in the unlikely case that a battery catches fire.
Absolutely. We utilize silk screen printing to add custom logos to our battery packs. Simply provide us with your clear logo file.
