CMB’s wide temperature range lithium-ion batteries undergo an aging test for 1,000 hours at the extremely high temperature of 85˚C (185℉), with excellent performance results.

CMB’s wide temperature range battery maintains high capacity efficiency when discharged at the extremely low temperature of -30˚C (-22℉).

Safe to Use at 150˚C (302℉)

CMB’s wide temperature range lithium-ion batteries are subjected to heating tests at 150˚C (302℉), and they successfully pass with no fires and no explosions occurring. For these tests, the battery is heated in a gravity convection or circulating air oven with an initial temperature of 20 ±5℃. The temperature of the oven is raised at a rate of 5 ±℃ per minute to a temperature of 150 ±2℃ and remains at that temperature for 60 minutes. The sample is then returned to room temperature (20 ±5℃) and examined.
