Our device has limited space. Can the battery size or connector be changed?
Yes. We can customize dimensions, connector types (XT90, Anderson, aviation plugs), and cable lengths to fit your equipment perfectly.
Will performance drop in extreme temperatures, like underwater or marine environments?
Our 21700 cells work well between -20°C and +60°C. The pack delivers about 80% capacity at -20°C. We can also provide options for low- or high-temperature conditions.
Is there a higher protection level than IP68?
IP68 is great for long-term underwater use. If needed, we can add salt spray resistance, anti-corrosion coating, and vibration protection for harsher conditions
Which certifications are available? Can it be exported?
We can provide UN38.3, MSDS, CE, UL, RoHS and other certifications or reports as needed for international shipping and market compliance.
What is the charging method? Does it need a special charger?
The pack supports standard CC/CV charging. We recommend a charger with 29.4V output and ≤20A. We can supply compatible chargers if necessary.
