Electric lawn mowers used for commercial landscaping and facility maintenance demand far more than just sufficient power. Manufacturers and operators require battery systems that are interchangeable, quick to recharge, and stable across a wide range of outdoor temperatures, all while maintaining a long service life even after numerous charge and discharge cycles.
In this project, CMB partnered with a lawn mower manufacturer to develop a compact 46.8V lithium battery platform. Designed within a fixed enclosure footprint, it enables multi-machine compatibility and future capacity expansion—delivering flexibility and endurance for demanding commercial applications.

- Built with 26 pcs of high-quality 3.6V 18650 35E cells, delivering a nominal voltage of 46.8V and a rated capacity of 7000mAh (327.6Wh).
- The slim, space-efficient design measures 280 × 140 × 32 mm, ideal for compact outdoor equipment integration.
- Equipped with an intelligent BMS providing controlled charge current, cell balancing, and comprehensive protections against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and over-temperature, ensuring safe operation during frequent fast charge and discharge cycles.
- Designed for commercial-grade use, the battery supports ≥500 charge and discharge cycles under standard operating conditions.
