IMPROVED PERFORMANCE

Battery Cells

CMB offers three types of battery cells, each with a different performance in extreme temperature ranges. Our wide temperature cells work within an impressive temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with a 1C discharge rate and small charge rate. Our low temperature cells discharge at temperatures as low as -30°C with high discharge efficiency. And our high temperature cells discharge at temperatures over 60°C with a high discharge rate.

CMB also offers super discharge rate cells that support discharge rates of 40C, 50C, and even 70C. These types of battery cells are widely utilized for applications like automatic UAVs.

Battery Management Systems (BMS)

CMB meticulously designs its own smart battery management systems (Smart BMS) with CANBUS and RS485 protocols to boost battery pack performance and safety. We constantly update our technology with the latest developments to ensure the most advanced systems are in place for our clients’ battery packs.

Thermal Cooling Technology

With immersion cooling, CMB’s battery packs absorb heat and reduce battery temperature, resulting in a more reliable battery with longer cycles. CMB’s advanced immersion cooling technology effectively prevents thermal runaway and prolongs battery lifespan.

Battery Pack Structure

CMB’s team of engineers carefully considers structure when designing each of our custom battery packs. In fact, it’s one of the first factors they take into consideration when beginning a new design. CMB ensures that the dimensions of each custom battery pack precisely fit the application it will be used for. Additionally, CMB utilizes strong and trusted materials that provide advanced protection and safety.

Electrical Systems

To improve battery pack reliability, CMB uses trusted connectors and wires that withstand each custom battery pack’s charge and discharge specifications. Also included in CMB’s battery pack designs is a positive temperature coefficient (PTC), which protects battery cells from heat and external short conditions by increasing the resistance and decreasing the current. Additionally, our batteries are equipped with contractors, which support high discharge power by using a small current to control a large current load. These contractors can self-lock and interlock to prevent accidents caused by malfunctions. Because it’s controlled by a small current, the protection circuit is both simple and reliable.
