How Does Temperature Affect Performance in This High-Rate UAV Battery?
Our 45D 21700 cells have been tested in extreme conditions. At -20°C (-4°F), they maintain about 85% of their discharge capacity. At 60°C (140°F), capacity drops by less than 5%. We can customize cell chemistry for your specific temperature needs.
Can This Battery Handle Power Surges Without Affecting Flight Stability?
Thanks to the ultra-low internal resistance All-Pole Tab design, the voltage stays stable during peak current discharge. Any drop remains within safe limits, ensuring the flight control system stays stable.
What happens if a single cell in the series shows abnormal voltage during flight?
The UAV BMS monitors each series cell in real time. If it detects abnormal voltage, it automatically balances the cells or sends an alert. This allows for intervention via the ground station or flight control system.
