The crisp autumn air is filled with excitement as CMB gears up for our annual Mid-Autumn Festival celebration! This year, we’re putting a special spin on the traditional festival of reunion by linking it to one of our core values: Collaboration. It’s not just about mooncakes and lanterns (though we’ll have plenty of those too!); it’s coming together, as one big CMB family.
Our Mid-Autumn Festival program is shaping up to be a blast, and guess what? Everyone will enjoy this program! From our hardworking workers to our dedicated office staff, we’re all together. We’ve prepared kinds of activities for each member to have fun and relaxation. After all, CMB exists because of CMB members.
Collaboration is one of our core values. Our festival activities are designed to break down walls, build bridges, and create lasting connections across all departments. Like we‘ll celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with family together.
Get ready to play some team-building games! We’ve got mini-challenges for you to collaborate with the colleagues who you do not collaborate directly. We’ll assign the Marketing and Production department to play the “Bo Bing” game, or the Finance and Engineering department to join together for the lantern-riddle game. I believe laughter and friendship will be established.
The activities aren’t just having a good time but they also strengthen the collaborative spirit. They love to work in CM Batteries because of their energy and relaxed work atmosphere. After the program, a close relationship happened.

To capture the happy atmosphere of the holiday, we will make some interviews with our colleagues.
Jiangqun Wang from the Procurement Department couldn’t stop grinning. She shared, “I never see our engineering team are so humorous! This festival has shown me how amazing each CMB member is.”
Lucky Ye from the Sales Department is sharing our celebration with our international clients. She said, “I wanted to share CMB spirits with our customers and the CMB team is reliable and energized.”
Jasmine Lee is the behind organizer. She shared her thoughts: “I’m thrilled with this Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. Our goal was to create an event that showed CMB’s commitment to collaboration and employee well-being. When I saw everyone from different departments come together, laugh, and make new relationship connections, I believe CMB is the best.”
The positive vibes were shown by CMB staff from our engineering and production teams.
Zhiqiang Lan from our engineering team told us, “Sometimes we feel there is a wall between our department with the remaining other teams. But today I’ve had great conversations with folks from Marketing, Finance, and even our CEO!”.
Xuyuan Gao, one of our workers from the Production department said, “I’ve been working in CMB for over 2 years and it is the most meaningful and interesting event. I felt respected and wanted in CMB .”
As the lanterns glow and the laughter fades, we leave with a warm reminder of what makes CMB special – Because of you. This Mid-Autumn Festival isn’t just a day of fun; it’s a celebration of our collaborative spirit and we’re building a bright future together.
