The High Temp 18650 Battery Climbing Performance Test
Initial Charging & Stabilization
Charge the battery to 4.1V at an ambient temperature of 23±2℃ at a constant current and voltage of 0.5C, with a cut-off current of 0.02C, and leave it aside for 10 minutes
High Temperature Exposure
Put the sample into an experimental box with a temperature of 85°C for 6 hours
Extreme Cold Exposure
Adjust the temperature of the experimental chamber to -40℃±2℃ and keep it for 6 hours; the temperature conversion time should not be more than 30 minutes
Return to High Temperature
Raise the temperature of the experimental box to 85°C again, and the temperature conversion time should not be more than 30 minutes
Repeat the Test Process
Repeat steps 1~4 for a total of 10 times
