• IP65: Protection against low-pressure water jets from any direction.
• IP67: Protection against immersion up to 1 meter in water for up to 30 minutes.
• IP68: Protection against long periods of immersion under pressure.

Custom IP67 battery packs and IP68 battery packs are widely used for marine equipment, outdoor electronics, or other harsh environmental conditions.

Lithium Battery Pack Waterproof Design

CMB offers a comprehensive service for designing unique waterproof LiFePO4 batteries, covering the entire process from custom battery concepts to BMS development and waterproof housing. The potting adhesive process, where electronic components are waterproofed using silica gel, adds an extra layer of protection, ensuring the complete waterproofing of the rechargeable battery.
